The singer has teamed up with British dance DJ Paul Oakenfold and the pair spent Thursday (23Apr09) working on a new song together.

Madonna reached out to fans through her manager Guy Oseary's Twitter.com blog, writing on the site, 'Paul Oakenfold is running around the studio naked... because I won't put the air on... it's hot in here... but the music is hotter!!!!' M."

Last Saturday (18Apr09), Madonna was hospitalised after falling from a horse on the Long Island, New York estate of her friend Steven Klein.
