REESE WITHERSPOON voices Susan Murphy, a.k.a. Ginormica

The blonde beauty is the voice of a female giant in the new 3D family film, which hits cinemas this weekend (27Mar09), and Witherspoon admits she had to study-up on the Die Hard hero's action classics after producers told her they wanted her to sound like Willis' John McClane.

She says, "They wanted to make me sound more like an action hero, like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Sylvester Stallone... They had to take me out of the (sound) booth and show me Bruce Willis movies."
