Laffoon ended the six-year marriage by filing for divorce in February 2007, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Heche is currently expecting a child with Tupper, who she met on the set of her cancelled TV show Men In Trees.

The actress and Laffoon share a six-year-old son, called Homer.
