The singer loves indulging in her favourite comfort foods too much to stick to a healthy diet and credits the girl band's high-energy dance routines with keeping her in shape.

She says, "Every woman has insecurities. I feel I have to work on my legs and thighs.

"I love food - sweets, cakes, chocolate, cheese, bread, pasta...

"But I don't believe in diets. Instead, I run a lot. Being a PCD (Pussycat Doll) means I have to train to keep up my stamina for the stage."
