STARS PLAY KARAOKE KINGS AND QUEENS ON NEW SOUNDTRACK ALBUM
BEYONCE, JEFFREY WRIGHT and MOS DEF are among the stars who have recorded classic Chess Records hits for a new soundtrack album.


Beyoncé Knowles as 'Etta James'

Beyonce's cover of Etta James' At Last is the highlight of the Cadillac Records double album, which will hit U.S. stores on 2 December (08). The R+B star portrays James in the film.

Mos Def, who plays Chuck Berry in the film, has recorded No Particular Place To Go and Nadine and Wright, who portrays blues legend Muddy Waters, has belted out I'm Your Hoochie Coochie Man and Country Blues.

Castmates Columbus Short (Little Walter) and Eamonn Walker (Howlin' Wolf) have also recorded tracks for the new album, which also features Beyonce's sister Solange, Raphael Saadiq and Nas and his father Olu Dara.

Cadillac Records opens in the U.S. on 5 December (08).
