MySpace Music is proud to announce that The Game will be performing a free show for his MySpace friends at LAX Nightclub at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, on Wednesday, August 6 - a show being sponsored by Saints Row 2. Gearing up for the release of his new album, LAX, The Game will be holding an all-white affair in celebration of the album's completion. Attendance is free for the first two hundred people with a printout of their Myspace profile. Doors open at 10 p.m. and a dress code will be strictly enforced.
Now close to three albums deep in his career, Gangsta rap figurehead The Game is preparing for his next, and last, lyrical recital in LAX. After severing ties with the likes of 50 Cent and G-Unit a few years ago, the Compton native has proven that he is indeed capable of making provocative hip-hop music for the masses without these affiliations, as proven by the overwhelming success of "Doctor's Advocate," his second album released at the end of 2006. With the help of contributors such as Ice Cube, Travis Barker, Ne-Yo, Raekwon and Ludacris, among many others, LAX is the showcase The Game has created to serve as his music career's definitive statement.
