The body of skateboarder Lee Grivas, 26, was discovered by a neighbour on Tuesday (01Jul08).

An autopsy has still to be completed but initial reports suggest Grivas died from a drug overdose.

Applegate's romance with Grivas began in 2006 shortly after the actress split from husband Johnathon Schaech. The couple dated on and off for 18 months.
