And those who spotted the pair touring New York's chic boutiques on Monday (9Jun08) are convinced she is soon to follow in the footsteps of her new mom pal Jessica Alba.

Longoria sported a bump-concealing loose-fitting dress and pregnancy-appropriate flat-heeled shoes for her spree - and on several occasions she held her hand over her tummy.

And the couple were accompanied by Longoria's stylist Robert Verdi, perhaps offering the actress tips on how best to dress her changing body shape!

It's not the first time Longoria has been subject to pregnancy rumours; back in January she denied she was expecting, but hinted she and Parker were hoping for a baby soon.

She said: "I'm not pregnant, not yet.

"I mean, we're not really on a time clock, and going, 'Okay, this month, this day. We're kind of just going, 'We're so happy if we get pregnant, and if we don't we're okay.' We're just letting God decide it."
