The British album chart has been topped by Arctic Monkey's frontman Alex Turner - with his side project, The Last Shadow Puppets' The Age Of The Understatement, scoring the top slot in its first week.

Konk by The Kooks sits at number two, followed by Leona Lewis' Spirit at three.

The rest of the top five is rounded out by Rockferry by Duffy and Mariah Carey's E=MC2 respectively.
