T.I. CELEBRATES MANAGER'S BIRTHDAY IN STYLE
Rapper T.I. put his legal woes behind him to throw his manager JASON GETER a birthday party on Wednesday (23Apr08).

Fergie and Young Jeezy were among the guests at the King magazine-sponsored bash in Atlanta, Georgia.

T.I., who was handed a 1,000-hour community service sentence last month (Mar08) after pleading guilty to weapons charges, was all smiles after spending the last five months under house arrest at his Atlanta area home.

The rapper served up a birthday cake in the shape of a safe, as his manager celebrated in style at the Luckie Lounge with showgirls.

And despite his legal woes, T.I. said, "I wouldn't miss this s**t for the world."

Meanwhile, the rap star is struggling to find schools and colleges where he can serve his community service - because education officials don't want him speaking at their institutes.

The hitmaker was ordered to speak to kids about the dangers of drugs and guns as part of his community service sentence, but he can't find a lecture site in the state, where he can talk to "atrisk youths".

Fulton County and Cobb County education officials are refusing to let him through their doors, leaving the star forced to hunt down willing establishments prepared to let him serve his sentence.

Sources close to the rap star claim T.I. is "banned from all Cobb County schools," but a school district spokesman insists that's not the case, adding, "With recent gang problems... it's not a good time."
