Rumer Willis, 19, who has hinted that she's planning to record an album, joined the house band at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel on Thursday night to belt out a rendition of Missy Elliott's The Rain.

But onlookers were far from amazed.

One partygoer tells PlanetGossip.Eonline.com, "It wasn't that she was that off-tune or horrible, but she just wasn't that good and the crowd was not feeling it."
