The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star revealed this week (begs17Mar08) she was desperate to find out the sex of her unborn child, so she and McDermott could plan a colour scheme for the tot's nursery.

And in the past 24 hours, the pair had the scan that revealed their son Liam will soon have a sister.

She says, "I just found out at my ultrasound, and we are so excited. We already have a little man, and now we can have our little girl. I can't wait to get her tons of pink stuff."
