The 30-year-old, dubbed the Queen Of The South, is making a big comeback and she isn't as "thick" as she once was - thanks to what she calls "a liquid cleanse".

She explains, "Every time you're hungry, you gotta drink the liquid. It's pretty strenuous, but you really have to stick it out."

But she assures fans she'll never be superslim: "I am not that little, and I'm not trying to be runway-model thin.

"I'm from the South, so I gotta keep the curves and the assets."
