The 29-year-old proposed to actress/artist Mollen earlier this month (Jan08) - despite having only met the 28-year-old in the summer on the set of their film Bachelor No.2.

He tells Usmagazine.com, "It happened recently," before joking, "I asked her the first night we met."

But the couple have remained coy about setting a date for their wedding.

Biggs adds, "I think we're going to elope. We don't want to deal with all the drama of dealing with my family."
