The 54-year-old has filed suit against Executive Money Management at New York's Manhattan Supreme Court.

The move comes just a month after bosses at the firm lodged a suit at the same court, claiming Bolton - who they have worked with since 1999 - owes them $500,000 (GBP250,000).
