JIMMY PAGE of Led Zeppelin

The rocker was due to appear at a party for his charity, Task Brazil, in London on Tuesday (04Dec07), but stayed at home to practise for the band's historic one-off gig next Monday (10Dec07).

Amanda Smith, spokesperson for the charity and wife of Iron Maiden's Adrian Smith, says, "Jimmy was sad to have missed the party but he is trying to focus on his gig."
