The music mogul's co-judge on British TV talent show The X Factor, Louis Walsh, has accused Cowell of having as much surgery as Sharon Osbourne, who has undergone numerous cosmetic procedures including a facelift and boob job.

But Cowell refutes these claims.

He says, "No, absolutely not. I have not had cosmetic surgery. Yes, I've had Botox, but not in an obsessive way.

"I've never dyed my hair, ever and I wouldn't."
