The 61-year-old revealed swelter figure at a New Jersey concert on Friday night (28Sep07) and confessed to losing 43 pounds (19 kilograms).

Minnelli thanked actress friend Alley for encouraging her to lose weight and joining American slimming club Jenny Craig Inc.

She also joked with journalists at the Mayo Center of the Performing Arts in Morristown, saying "Do you notice anything different about me?"
