The rocker checked into the same Utah rehab facility as Lindsay Lohan last weekend (22/23Sep07), just three months after completing a detox stint at the UCLA Medical Center to treat alcoholism.

Sambora plans to complete his latest stint of rehab treatment this weekend (29/30Sep07).

Speaking to FoxNew.com's Roger Friedman, he said, "I'm sober, I'm good. I'm going back just to finish (rehab treatment) this weekend. I figured, why not get to the bottom of this and really understand it?"
