Her neighbour, Fran Panasci, alleges noise and vibrations caused while the outdoor decking was constructed at Christensen's house, her property was damaged - and the new addition now blocks out the sun from her home.

Elizabeth Harrington, representing Ms Panasci says, "I'd hoped we could settle this but Ms Christensen left us no choice."

However a legal representative for Christensen insists, "The deck is legal."
