The trio is the brains behind steak house The Company at the Luxor hotel and casino.

Thrilled Valderrama, who has been involved in a number of Los Angeles restaurants, says, "It's going to be really special for Vegas, a different flavour."

He tells People magazine, "There's a lot of great restaurants in Vegas, but this is exciting because it's a different branding, kind of next generation type things."

The Company is expected to open before Christmas (07).
