Country singer JOE NICHOLS has married his longtime love HEATHER SINGLETON in a private ceremony in Georgia.

The pair exchanged vows - 12 years after they first met - in Savannah on Sunday (09Sep07), with 100 of their closest friends and family in attendance.

The couple has been dating on and off since 1995, when Nichols and Singleton were both 18.
