The Mean Girls actress was arrested in Los Angeles on 24 July (07), and charged with DUI - for the second time in two months - and possession of cocaine.

Lohan's whereabouts have been unknown after she was released on $25,000 (GBP12,500) bail in Santa Monica, California.

The 21-year-old, who was released from a 46-day stay in rehab on 13 July (07), 11 days before her latest arrest, is due in a Santa Monica court on 24 August (07).
