The musclebound actor, who played Samantha (Kim Cattrall)'s boyfriend Smith Jarred in the hit series, admits his admirers often confuse fiction with real life.

He tells PageSix.com, "I once stopped into a bar, and this woman recognised me.

"She was with her husband and asked me if I could take a picture. I said sure, and she lifted up my shirt and started rubbing my stomach. Before I could say anything, her husband said, 'Honey, what are you doing?' And she said, 'It's OK, I've seen him naked on TV'".
