Lachey, Jessica Simpson's ex-husband, and the TV presenter/actress are to settle down in a two-bedroomed apartment in Manhattan's new Atelier building.

The couple was spotted moving into their new pad, which boasts a luxury swimming pool and spa complex and an indoor basketball court, last week (ends20Apr07).
