The spectacular, which features newcomer Barrino among its cast, grossed almost $1.2 million (GBP615,400) last week (ends15Apr07), during its 76th week on Broadway.

The show, co-produced by Oprah Winfrey, previously broke the Broadway Theatre's house record last June (06).
