The former rapper, who was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for his role in THE DEPARTED, was once so focused on his music career, he wasn't interested in acting - until he worked opposite DeVito on 1994's RENAISSANCE MAN.

Wahlberg says, "It was Danny DeVito who changed my life around. We worked together on Renaissance Man, which is where I developed my passion.

"I love that I've been given such great opportunities to prove myself as an actor. I've learnt so much through the experience.

"It's like going to school. I try to pay attention and learn as much as possible."
