The 33-year-old Indian-born couturier was first charged by police last week (13MAR07) in relation to alleged events dating back to 2004. Those charges include rape, sexual battery, lewd acts on a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Additional charges of sexual assault, committing lewd acts and rape, committed against three women and a 17 year old girl, were filed during a hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday (19MAR07).

All the alleged victims - who also include a 15 year old girl - have connections to the fashion industry.

JANE ROBISON, spokesperson for the LA County District Attorney says, "These are serious charges. Our prosecutor in court this morning said not only is there an ongoing investigation in LA, there is also one in New York."

Jon, who "vehemently" denies the claims, is currently free on $1.3 million (GBP700,000) bail.
