The couple, who lived close to the home JENNIFER ANISTON and BRAD PITT once shared, are asking $30 million (GBP15.4 million) for the French country-style estate.

DeVito and Perlman have called the five-bedroom place their Los Angeles home for 20 years.

It features a gym, wine cellar, library and a state-of-the-art theatre room.
