The raspy-voiced I TRY singer was reportedly almost arrested for uttering "motherf**ker" onstage at the Barbados Jazz Festival, because public profanity is against the law there.

After realising her mistake, the foul-mouthed singer apologised to police chiefs and was allowed to leave the island with a stern warning.
