The singer/songwriter let the good news slip during an interview on Canada's MuchMusic TV network on Tuesday (09JAN07), revealing her boyfriend JOSH asked her to marry him before she took the stage at the Air Canada Center in Toronto.

Explaining how her beau performed the traditional bended-knee proposal backstage, Lee revealed, "It was awesome."

According to sources, the longtime friends have been dating for a year. This will be 25-year-old Lee's first marriage.
