The singer, who is in the middle of a messy court battle with estranged husband CRAIG SCHELSKE, will hit the road as early as next week (12JAN07) for dates in North Carolina, Ohio, Maryland and her home state of Missouri.

Evans will also appear on the DANCING WITH THE STARS tour during its Nashville, Tennessee stop on 21 January (07).

She competed on the celebrity talent show last year (06), but was forced to drop out after filing for divorce.
