The former DOCTOR WHO beauty, who recently split from boyfriend AMADU SOWE, insists she has been in steady recovery for over two years - but still has occasional dark times.

The 24-year-old says, "I did therapy for a while and occasionally I still do if I feel I'm losing control and want to start starving myself.

"Anorexia, like any addiction, never goes away - it's always lurking in the shadows. One weak moment and you'll be straight back."
