Sons DEXTER HENRY LORCAN and FRANK HARLAN JAMES were born in New York City.

A representative for the couple tells American publication People, "Mother and sons are doing splendidly."

Krall and Costello said in a statement, "We are ecstatic!"

The 42-year-old LOOK OF LOVE singer has said that twins run in her family.

The babies were born one day after the couple's third anniversary - they wed in London on 5 December 2003.
