The DUCHESS OF YORK recently appeared on Banks' US daytime talk show and confessed she has always dreamed of being able to dress and accessorise like late pal PRINCESS DIANA - and the former model offered her tips on how to look great at all times.

Fergie told Banks, "I can't accessorise. I am completely hopeless at clothes. Diana was genius at it... Show me how."

The former catwalk star told the redhead, "I'm gonna make your dreams come true, baby," before giving Ferguson a crash course in accessorising, so she could look like her style icons MISCHA BARTON and NICOLE RICHIE.

Banks treated Fergie to new shoes, jewellery, designer sunglasses and taught her a little "hip-hop speak" to help her appear trendy.
