Canadian group BARENAKED LADIES are offering one lucky music fan the chance to become a muse - by penning a song about the person who buys the one millionth song download on the eMusic retail site.

The group will compose a ditty to the lucky customer. The song will be released for one week only via the eMusic site in January (07).
