The bisexual star, 41, played a hotel desk clerk in the 1999 STANLEY KUBRICK film, which was the last movie the couple made together before their 2001 split.

When asked about his opinion of the good-looking exes, Cumming admits he isn't attracted to the MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE hunk.

He tells UK gay magazine Attitude, "I think Nicole would be the better lover because I just don't see Tom as a sexual being. He's not in my 'spank bank', put it that way.

"She's an Aussie and goes for rocker types, so I think she'd be pretty good.

"I don't know if Tom's gay. No, I don't think he is. Maybe he's sucked the odd c**k or two in his time, but then haven't we all? I think all his relationships with women have been genuine though."

Cruise is set to marry fiancee KATIE HOLMES in Italy next month (NOV06).
