The GOLDEN TOUCH star still prefers singing to producing, but is keen to establish himself behind the scenes.

He says, "I have been producing young bands. But I don't want to say their names because it is early days at the moment and I don't want to heap pressure on them.

"I think they will come together in 2007. I sort of produced it anonymously so they can do it themselves rather than 'Johnny Borrell produces...'

"I see my future there. I love being on the other side of the glass - but not as much as singing."
