The house, in the leafy north London area of Hampstead, will be an office-turned-recording studio for the CLOCKS stars, and the band are planning to record the follow-up to smash hit 2006 album X+Y in its confines.
WILL CHAMPION said earlier this year, "We're trying to find somewhere we can set up and work from.
"In all of these years working together we haven't had an HQ, our own studio or anything like that. We want somewhere where we can hole up and see what happens."
