The WHAT'S LEFT OF ME star performed at the Nokia theater and new girlfriend VANESSA MINNILLO was seen enjoying the concert from the VIP area.

Lachey performed for the mostly-female crowd and sang a new song that isn't on his album, which he described as a song about falling in love again, and falling in love more everyday.

Later on in the evening, Lachey sang his new single, reportedly inspired by Simpson called I CAN'T HATE YOU ANYMORE.

Right after finishing the song, Lachey quipped, "Well, maybe a little..."
