The former model and drug addict feels she was left out of the MY PREROGATIVE hitmaker's BEING BOBBY BROWN series, and now she's planning her own project with other family members, including her rapper son SHANE.

Tina Brown hit the headlines last year when she sold a tell-all about her sister-in-law WHITNEY HOUSTON's drug battles - providing photographs - and now she's looking to make a name for herself on TV.

She says, "We're doing the Brown family reality show."

And though she didn't feature in her brother's hit TV series, she has no plans to cut the R+B star out of her project.

She adds, "We got a lot of footage of Bobby... It is so different than the Being Bobby Brown show."
