The singer features on the new We Love The '80s revue, which also includes the BANGLES, BOW WOW WOW and A FLOCK OF SEAGULLS, and he insists it's important that acts from "the last safe decade" remind fans of better days.

He explains, "The 80s were probably the last safe decade, the last time anybody ever felt safe in the world.

"As the world gets more and more confusing, people go back to their roots. I think that's why the nostalgia thing has been happening faster and faster."
