The BON JOVI guitarist, who is currently in the middle of a nasty divorce battle with estranged wife HEATHER LOCKLEAR, was asked what kept his band together when he appeared on the show.

The rock star told Oprah, "I think it's down to a commitment. When you get married, you commit. When you say you do, you do."

Locklear filed for divorce in February (06) and is now reportedly dating funnyman DAVID SPADE.
