PETE TOWNSHEND and ROGER DALTREY of THE WHO at the Live 8 in Hyde Park, London, England - 02.07.05

Surviving band members PETE TOWNSHEND and ROGER DALTREY are in talks with their record label Polydor about unveiling the epic track in June (06).

The pair are currently working on the first Who album since 1982's IT'S HARD.

Townshend writes on his website: "Roger and I have completed the condensed 11-minute mini-opera, played it to the folks at Polydor, and are all set to release - probably as a limited edition - in June, prior to the release of a conventional CD in September."
