Danza told his studio audience on Friday (24MAR06) that it is "unlikely" his show will return next season.

The talk show has been plagued by cancellation rumours, fuelled in large part by the announcement that a new daytime show hosted by US Food Network star RACHAEL RAY would be replacing him in some markets.

Danza says, "We are going to finish real strong and enjoy what we have left."
