The OLD SCHOOL star appeared on THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN on Friday night (24MAR06), confessing his past problems with booze.
He explained he has become a regular at his chosen rehab clinic, joking, "For me, they should set up a permanent cot there."
Appearing clean and sober, Dick told host David Letterman, "Right now, I'm feeling good... I think I'm almost there."
But he left the host concerned after revealing he hasn't given up drinking completely: "I have one glass of wine per meal."
Meanwhile, Dick pokes fun at his drinking problems in new low-budget movie DANNY ROANE: FIRST TIME DIRECTOR, in which he plays an oddball movie-maker attempting to work under the influence of alcohol.
