Jason Bateman went under the knife yesterday for throat surgery. He has a small palate of skin called "benign polyp" removed from his throat. The surgery went smoothly and he is doing fine. His show " Arrested Development " will not being coming out with any new shows until Bateman has totally recovered. The Emmy winning show will be coming out with new shows still in November, production has already been produced. Everyone remembers Bateman from the great show " Silver Spoons ", he was the youngest actor to become a director back in '88.
