Did Star Jones quit “The View” or did she get fired? She claims she decided that had so many commitments in the future that it was time to move on. She is planning to promoting her new book, “Shine: A physical, Emotional and Spiritual Journey to Finding Love”, according to MSN gossip. The book is a non-fiction about her courtship with her husband. It was rumored that the channel that previews “The View” made the decision to continue Star’s contract with the show. But the channel gainsays that they never cancelled her contract, it was all Jones decision to move on. Star was supposedly not a favorite to fans of “The View”. She was too blunt at times and also rough around the edges. Star would have never left all the free stuff that is given to the show to advertise to work on her own stuff. Nope that just is not Star Jones.
