Mark Waters directed the film “Just like Heaven”; it came out this weekend. The story is about a medical resident that just got promoted, played by Reese Witherspoon, excited with her news she drives over to her sister’s but is hit by a Semi-truck before she arrives. Two lives intertwine. A landscape architect, Mark Ruffalo, is looking for a new place to live and magically he finds Reese’s apartment. Reese still thinks she is alive and Ruffalo knows something weird is living in his new apartment. Mark Waters has made this movie very sweet that you may pull out the Kleenex’s several times throughout the movie. ‘Heaven’ has many twists and turns that keeps you laughing and crying at the same time. This movie portrays how love can be powerful in all relationships and in all states of existence. Definitely a chick flick, the boys will just role their eyes unless you have a sentimental man that can appreciate ‘good old fashion romance’.
