TWO SUPERMODELS CELEBRATE VICTORY
Niki Taylor and Kate Moss had some victories in their lawsuits.

Kate Moss’s Victory British newspaper published a false story about Kate Moss back in 2001. The story entailed that Moss lapsed into a cocaine-induced coma while vacationing in Spain. The newspaper said she had to be revived after she had taken the cocaine. This was a bogus story made up by the British paper and Moss sued them for all there hurtful allegations. The verdict is in finally. The paper admitted that they were in the wrong and apologized. The British newspaper will pay for all the allegations. All the details were disclosed to the public. Niki Taylor’s Victory Niki Taylor became famous through commercials with CoverGirl. She has been apart of a lawsuit regarding risqué pictures from Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition 1998. Niki filed a lawsuit against the Irene Group and Fortune Hills International. Niki claimed that these two companies used her pictures from the Sports Illustrated to market their products without her consent. According to Celebrity Justice, the Tennessee Court has issued a temporary restraining order against the companies (Irene Group & Fortune Hill International) to stop them for using the supermodel’s photos. Niki Taylor has won a huge victory with this latest decision. She now can move forward with her own product line. The case will completely be resolved in October.
